Some of the clips in my FCP7 sequence are changing when I send them to Color. They're shifting seconds ahead/behind the in and out points I had originally set for the clips in my FCP timeline. How do I solve this problem?

Make sure the frame rate of the clips matches the frame rate of the sequence.
That codec is the footage you are sending?
Apple Prores 422
1. Color likes straight cut ProRes.
2. Color does not like clips that have effects, re-timing, split edits or other non-vanilla stuff.
Almost every funky issue in Color is traced to item #2.
